About Katie
I’m Katie Hull. My career has taken me from journalism and scrappy startups to nearly a decade at UPS, followed by revenue leadership at a growth-stage travel business.
I’ve worked across marketing, product, partnerships, and commercial strategy. The work has ranged from global product expansion and digital partnerships to hiring teams and putting the processes in place to help them execute.
What connects it is an interest in understanding customers, identifying where growth can come from, and deciding what deserves attention first. I bring research, data, and storytelling together to help teams make decisions and move the work forward.
Through Growth Function, I offer fractional leadership and support for special projects, shaped around what the business needs.
I also serve as Interim Chair of the Board of Girl Talk Inc., a national nonprofit focused on building confidence and leadership in young girls through peer-to-peer mentorship.
